A Thankful and Grateful Scavenger Hunt for You!

I love fall. A long-awaited snap in the air, the year winding down, and family gatherings. November is the month to reflect on our blessings.

The Frenzied SLPs are so grateful for all our supporters. 

In the spirit of the season, we are bringing you a fun “Thankful and Grateful” blog hop as our way of saying thanks and sharing with you!

Join in the fun, we will have three lucky winners of both a Starbucks and a TPT gift card. Bet you would love to be sipping your favorite coffee as you shop for a new activity!

2. Collect the character at the bottom of each post. Don’t forget to write down

For me, I am thankful for:

My Family 
My husband and I have two wonderful sons, and two days ago, I finally got to add a daughter to the family album, as my oldest son tied the knot with a lovely girl. This sweetie calls me Mom, and I couldn’t be more thrilled! Family pictures, loved ones gathered, memories made, new chapters. Priceless.

The festivities provided a rare opportunity for a warm, huggy visit and gabfest with my favorite cousins who live on opposite sides of the country from us. My mom and sis live near me, so they got to join in too. Warm fuzzies all around.

My Friends I am blessed with good friends.
Old Friends. We always pick up right where we left off- no matter how long it’s been. Easy, comfortable and cozy.

New Friends. I have had amazing opportunities to meet new SLP and teacher friends this year through our shared adventures online, blogging and at conferences. Like-minded, supportive, talented, generous, completely amazing people I am proud to know.

My Profession
I feel so thankful to have found an incredible profession, and so many ways to express myself and reach out to others. From preschoolers to elders, I have the privilege of sharing a bit of their lives as we work together toward reaching their communication goals. I get paid double with plenty of hugs and smiles. I am so grateful to have the opportunity to make a difference. I bet you feel the same.

Becoming an SLP-Author
I am astounded and very blessed that I have found a creative outlet I love. Better yet,  I can share it with others! Who knew? Since I began Speech Sprouts on TPT two and a half years ago,  I have loved every minute of creating lessons and activities for my student’s speech and language needs.

Knowing my followers and supporters use my activities in therapy rooms and classrooms around the country and across the word is a totally amazing feeling. The other day I reflected on the thought that around the country, in classrooms and therapy rooms, my Halloween Bingo Riddles were entertaining hundreds of children as they learned. What a rush! I am so very thankful for you.
